  2. This past weekend I had a mother of 2 taking up snowboarding to keep up with her kids who are in my mountains’ 8-week program. She was doing awesome for a first timer too. I see it more often and I’m very impressed because most of them are starting mid-thirties or above. I love seeing that (moms, dads, grandparents even!); the more people I can share my love of boarding with the better.
