Ontario Snowboarding

Seven Days to Mont Tremblant

One of my annual snowboarding pilgrimages is to Mont Tremblant, possibly one of the most famous ski areas in eastern North America. It’s famous with good reason: the vertical, facilities and European feel make it a preferred destination for pretty much anyone that lives in Ontario, Quebec or many parts of the eastern United States (though I must say, I’m hearing a whole hell of a lot about Le Massif these days).

I’ll likely get three days of riding in, making it my first significant riding experience of the year (I don’t really count the first turns).

What many folks don’t know is that we maintain several ski resort guides here at Highly Obsessed, including one on Mont Tremblant. I plan to give the Tremblant one an overhaul after next week, though after re-reading our Tremblant guide a few minutes ago I realized I thought we did a pretty good job!

Discussion

  1. It’s going to be a lonely drive up, but I hope to join you on the second day. Please let our other boarding mates know I’m coming.
