Colorado Ski Resort Update

The New West snowblog has a comprehensive overview of what’s up in Colorado these days.

Among the interesting news:

  • Vail got eight inches of snow this weekend, and Beaver Creek got nine. Damn you, Colorado!
  • Area resorts, including Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs, are putting hundreds of millions of dollars into recent improvements, of which there are too many to list. Check out the article for all the details.
  • 12.5 million folks skied or snowboarded at a Colorado resort, setting a record.
