i want to snowboard but i’m in okinawa Japan. So i picked up surfing for the time being but i’m dying to fly on the powder and freely glide down the runs.
any suggestions?

Hazel, if you’re still around, the recommendation on Japan I received was:

“Go to Hokkaido “powder city”. From Okinawa there probably isn’t a direct flight so they willhave to go to Tokyo first.

Most ski hills in Japan get a lot of snow; nice, soft, sweet, white gold. I’ve been to both Nagano and Hokkaido, both are excellent places
to go. But if you want guaranteed powder then I would definitely recommend Hokkaido.”
