I’ve always wanted to become a snowboard instructor, but I’ve never lived close enough to a ski hill to train regularly and take the exam. But what if I could turn the lessons and exam into an intensive vacation? And what if I could do it in Whistler? Now that would kick ass.
That’s why I found a recent email from Alltracks Academy interesting; they’ve got a bunch of courses that take place in Whistler over a three to eleven week period. The length of each course varies depending on whether you want to just improve your riding or want to become a full-blown instructor, and the program is pretty much all-inclusive (except for booze of course). If had four weeks to spare I’d take the month-long instructor course.
