Snowboarding
frequency Issue is 6.1 is Out
frequency is a glossy, spiffy-looking snowboarding magazine of cofee-table quality. I just got my first copy in the mail this week, and I was extremely impressed. The articles are very well-written (there’s an excellent piece on finding secret spots in the Kootenays) but it’s the photos that take the cake.
Among the excellent photos are:
- The cover photo, seen above, of what appears to be an excellent road gap.
- Brent Meyer jumping off a giant rock in Summit County, Co.
- A badass Burton ad on a Montreal street (okay, not part of the content, but still cool).
- Pat Milbery sliding across a pond in Breckenridge at what appears to be nighttime. Pretty badass.
- Colin Langlois “backside wallride over the homies”. Must be seen to be believed.
- A Mitch Reed back wallride off what appears to be… a roof.
- Pretty much the entire photo essay.
I’m honestly doing the mag an injustice by listing specific photos; the whole thing looks great. Check out frequency now.
