Does this ever happen to you?
After a few days in a row of snowboarding, you notice that you’re starting to lag behind your crew on flat spots. You just don’t feel as fast as you used to on your snowboard. “Maybe I’ll get my board waxed at lunch,” you think, only to forget a couple of hours later.
The next day, everything seems fine, so you don’t bother. Meanwhile, you’re probably riding on a waxless board.
I think the point of that story was to illustrate the fact that my board is never as tuned up as it should be. It’s also an introduction to my actual question: how often do you wax your board? After every three days of riding? Once a season? Somewhere in the middle? This article mentions there is a general consensus of every two or three snowboarding days; I’m way too lazy to do that.
i got some cheap paste, i use it before every ride, seems to do the trick, str8 base for those cold days
