I’m Still Here

Hello!

You may have noticed I haven’t been around recently. If you have, I thank you for noticing. That means you read this more than once an eon!

So where have I been? Have I stopped posting because there’s no snow? Nein! I’ve actually been a pretty busy guy. I was in Washington, DC for most of this week, and that trip ate up a lot of my time. I was also fighting a really nasty case of identity fraud at the same time. Some jerks trying to take out loans in my name.

Come to think of it, I’ve had a lousy couple of months since I stopped snowboarding! Oh well.

So here’s what’s up in the Adamsphere:

• Would you believe I got one of those “emergency waiting list” phone calls for my MRI? Unfortunately I wasn’t around to take the call — oh, and I already had an MRI — but if I was still waiting, I could have had one today.
• Had I got the MRI today, I still wouldn’t be able to make an appointment with the surgeon until a week from now, and the wait to get in is about a month long. So I at least saved a few weeks going to Buffalo. The big day is May 29.
• Did you know paintball is the third most popular action sport in the world, apparently ahead of snowboarding?
• I am really digging the new Tool album.

Crap, Radiohead tickets go on sale in five minutes. Have to cut this short and give the tickets a go.
