Learning to Snowboard Sucks.
I came across a pretty accurate article
on what it’s like to learn the art of snowboarding. It reminded me of
my own experiences, and the sage advice I give everyone thinking of
picking it up:
“Snowboarding
totally kicks ass, and you’re going to love it. However, you need to
prepare to fall a whole hell of a lot the first day. If you can get
over that first day, you will learn quickly, and you will become
addicted to snowboarding.”

So far the recipients of my sage advice have found it to be 100 percent accurate. Maybe I should start charging a fee. Hmm…
