Going for Gold

I’m about to head out the door to go riding, but I got an email I wanted to share. You’ve got to check out Erica’s blog,
it’s a great concept. I think her tagline sums it up quite well: “It’s
2006 and I am overweight and out of shape. By 2010, I will be on the
Canadian Olympic snowboard team. This is my journey.”
